Our relationship

We first began working with Mazars in the early 2000s and have maintained a close relationship with the UK and Group marketing and internal communications teams, and UK C-suite. We have worked closely with the firm through three major rebranding programmes, including the establishment of the Forvis Mazars network, providing consistent design and brand support during periods of significant change.

The challenge

With a global network of offices, Forvis Mazars has faced the challenge of establishing solid brand standards against a background of widely differing internal capabilities. While some offices had established design services, many relied on local suppliers or internal staff attempting to work with basic templates and guidelines. This resulted in inconsistent application of the brand and impacted on the firm’s overall brand strategy.

Outcomes

Our role has included developing comprehensive brand templates across presentations, brochures, social media, publications, and event materials, ensuring a cohesive and confident brand presence at every touchpoint.

In addition, we have developed clear brand guidelines and worked closely with internal teams to communicate and embed them effectively, helping maintain brand consistency across the organisation. We regularly collaborate with C-suite stakeholders in the UK and at group level to support strategic communications for internal audiences, translating complex messages into clear, engaging visual narratives.

Alongside this, we work directly with fee earners to produce compelling pitches and credentials, including the creation of pre-populated pitch toolkits that enable teams to respond quickly and confidently to client opportunities. This combination of strategic, brand, and hands-on support has made us a trusted partner throughout Forvis Mazars’ ongoing evolution.
